The Rix Twin Coil Switch Machine is a snap action type machine designed to throw most turnouts from above or below the layout. Momentary contact from a push-button is required to operate the machine. Power source should be a capacitor discharge unit or a 16 to 24 volt transformer, AC or DC. Includes D.P.D.T. set of contacts and mounting screws.
