Robot in Action
Our Conair spure picker robot can reduce cost by saving on the operator cost. Here on this mold the sub-gated runner would not fall from the mold. This would require an operator to open the door and reach in and remove the runner on each cycle. Using the Robot, the runner is removed within a second of the mold opening. We can now run a faster more accurate cycle and eliminate the operator cost.
