Our 10 injection molding machines range from 40 to 400 tons of clamping pressure.
Our equipment list includes: Van Dorn's (1) 120 ton 6 oz, (2) 120 ton 8 oz, (1) 170 6.2 oz, (1) 170 ton 14 oz and (1) 400 ton 30/40 oz most with spure pickers, JSW (40 ton parting line injection, insert machine ) and Jaco's (3 40 ton 2.5 oz parting line injection). Conair driers, Conair vacuum loaders, Conair & Star Automation spure pickers, Conair color feeders, Conair ratio values, Conveyors, Granulators, Computer controlled central vacuum system, Conair water cooled chiller (closed system provides cleaner water passages) Marley Primus Cooling tower for heat exchanger cooling.

plate and we designed and built the mold here at our shop. Over the past
