If your looking for a custom injection molder, we offer late model molding machines, personalized service, quick delivery time and low hourly rates. We can design, build and maintain small to medium size molds. We'll also keep an inventory of your products for your next order. We will purchase a machine to fit your needs if necessary. All machines have available time.

Our 9 injection molding machines range from 40 to 400 tons of clamping pressure.
Our equipment list includes: Van Dorn's (1 120 ton 6 oz, 1 120 ton 8 oz, 1 170 ton 14 oz and 1 400 ton 30/40 oz) most with Robot interface, Reed (150 ton 5 oz), JSW (40 ton parting line injection, insert machine ) and Jaco's (3 40 ton 2.5 oz parting line injection). Conair driers, Conair vacuum loaders, Conair spure picker, Conair color feeders, Conair ratio values, Conveyors, Granulators, Computer controlled central vacuum system, Conair water cooled chiller (closed system provides cleaner water passages) Marley Primus Cooling tower for heat exchanger cooling.

We produce air conditioner name plates for a major
name brand air conditioner manufacture. They provided us with a prototype name
plate and we designed and built the mold here at our shop. Over the past
two years we have built two different molds and produced over a million name plates for this one
customer.
